Severed Head Of Missing Woman Found In Suitcase

The head of what appears to belong to a missing Hyogo woman was found in the suitcase of an American tourist after he met her online dating app. Japanese law enforcement arrested Yevgeniy Vasilievich Bayraktar on suspicion of confining the woman and plan to charge him with disposing and damaging a body after her limbs and torso were found.
